Lynne Smith is a Certified Business Coach, Certified Master Life Coach and a Certified Holistic Coach who began her coaching career with teams in high school sports. Her business, LifeSmith Coaching, involves helping, as well as teaching, people to release and dissolve what holds them back in life, from an internal aspect. Brand new tools, such as the high frequency Fragrance Alchemy oils, have come out in recent years to release negative internal negative emotions, obsolete beliefs and patterns that block people from living happy, healthy and successful lives.
Growing up, all she knew was that she wanted to make a significant impact on the lives of others, and the best way she knows how to leave her mark is through educating others on health and fitness. As a former national competitive track and field athlete, she knows what it is like to push her body and overtrain. Her goal is to help us question the assumptions of health and fitness as we look at it now and to begin doing the opposite of what we have been taught; eat more food, exercise less and cut ourselves some slack. Mia believes that we have the tools, each of us, to change our health. It is not as complicated as we have been told, you can do this and it will not take up as much time as you may think, she preaches. Kate graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2010. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Sports Nutrition Expert she is passionate about helping people on their journey to health. Kate recognizes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. She uses education, lifestyle assessment and meal planning to create a personalized approach to help her clients achieve their goals.
As a marathon and trail runner, Kate understands first hand the important correlation between food and performance, and works with clients to support digestion, optimal energy and recovery. She is a certified Sigvaris fitter and is currently enrolled in the Health and Fitness Promotion Program at Algonquin College. Kate has special interest in digestive health, weight loss, energy and sports nutrition.
