I’ll share three strategies I use to help clients fix a “broken diet” so that they start eating better, feeling better and drop a dress size. I’ll also share the things that typically need to be changed when clients want to shrink and you don’t know what else to try. And, finally, I’ll show you how to use these powerful and purposeful strategies with your next meal.
In my late 20’s, I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day, ate lots of trans fats, never exercised and was a workaholic. Eventually I changed my wicked habits, quit smoking and started training regularly. After twenty odd years immersed in the corporate life as a portfolio manager in Information Technology, I left to pursue my dream job. And now, I help others find a healthy life style! I learned lots about nutrition in order to place first in Ms.Figure OPA (grand master category), but will not compete again. Today I’m a member of the over-50-club, in the best shape of my life. As a mother of two teenage boys and two step children, I understand how busy your life is and that you need to get fit and strong in limited time. My philosophy is to find balance in nutrition and exercise. Eat healhty foods most of the time. Find an activity you enjoy and go for it. De-stress, take care of yourself physically and mentally. I like to help my clients rock the body they have! It’s uniquely yours, embrace it. We aren’t models on the cover of the magazines (who by the way, are starved, dehydrated and photo-shopped). We’re real people, with real issues and lives.

Archetypal Shamanic Energy MedicineTM – The Sacred Language and Science of Sound
In tribal traditions, sound is sacred and is considered the original language of Creation; its wisdom can be found woven through tribal and esoteric teachings from traditions around the world. Sacred sound is a universal language, transcending the limitations of our linear understandings that keep us separated from ourselves and each other. “Tuning in” to the language of sound, applying its wisdom to personal and professional healing modalities and practices, will support the collective vision for effecting change on a global scale.
In the Seneca and Celtic traditions, being a Singer is synonymous with Healing. In the Shamanic Energy Medicine Tradition, “everything is energy and everything is frequency.” Sacred Sound bypasses the storylines of the mental and emotional bodies and goes directly to the source of dis-comfort. Sound heightens spiritual awareness, releases suppressed emotions, changes thought patterning, and establishes new belief systems on levels in the subtle energy bodies.
When mindfulness/conscious use of Sacred Sound is expressed in conjunction with Shamanic Archetypal vibrational imprinting, significant alchemical changes occur in the four lower bodies (Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical) enhancing therapeutic practices that engage dimensions of healing extending beyond cognitive limitations.
Participants will learn the guiding principles of Archetypal Shamanic Energy MedicineTM and the foundation teachings of the Sacred Feminine (Earth) and Sacred Masculine (Sun) that sustain alignment to the highest vibrational frequency.
