This informative workshop will provide you with current information required to implement sound nutritional regiments using whole food recipes. Topics covered include organic foods, foods good for digestion and how to improve digestion using food-combining principles. Additionally, this session will highlight the benefits of using a juicer and cleansing; the benefits of quality, natural food herbal supplements to help give your body enough of the right elements; and minerals and vitamins. Also there is a life coaching, meditation practice and spiritual counselling offered as an option to help clients get rid of distorted dogma and ideas that are keeping them from living a healthy and empowered life.
David is a Naturotherapist, certified in Herbalist, Nutrition, Shiatsu, Quantum Bio-Feedback and is a certified trainer for the past 17 years. He has competed in regional power lifting, bodybuilding and has practiced some martial arts. In the past he has developed martial arts aerobic program called Tai-Body, teaches a floor work with a stretch program called flex-movements. Also David teaches holistic nutrition where he teaches people how to eat using food combining methods and organic foods. Focus is on better digestion, absorption and building the body correctly and floor work.
The Physiotherapy approach in Women’s Health
Danielle Del Greco always had a strong caring nature and developed a passion for anatomy and physiology while studying Biological Sciences at the University of Windsor. While volunteering at a physiotherapy clinic, she fell in love with the profession as it allowed her to help people improve their health and well-being by combining her compassion with her love of science.
She received her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2010 and moved to Ottawa eager to start her career. Danielle has worked in private orthopedic settings with a focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions with patients of all ages and fitness levels, as well as working with clients with chronic pain. She believes that developing a strong connection with her clients and using a hands-on approach and functional movement exercises are most important in helping them understand and improve their condition to the fullest.
