David Lee, Hon. BSc. BED., B.R.E., NHC is a certified trainer with CPTN. He is also a certified Naturotherapist, certified in Shiatsu, Iridology, Bio-nutrition, and Western/Chinese Herbalism. He has been a trainer since 1991 and been involved in the fitness field for about 20 years. He competed in regional powerlifting, bodybuilding, and practiced martial arts. He also taught aerobic classes, developed his own martial art aerobics classes called Tai-Body Aerobics, taught stretch classes, and floor exercise routines. David does health seminars on life coaching to maintain a healthy lifestyle, holistic nutrition and fitness. He has developed the Vital Health System of Nutrition and Exercise Programs.
Linda Buck is certified in Bio-Feedback and is well versed in food combining principles and eating right for your blood type. She is a past Arm Wrestling Champion winning 3rd in the world in 1993 and 2nd in Canada in 1992. Linda is a sports enthusiast and both plays and organizes basketball, softball, volleyball and soccer.

Anti-Aging inside and out, the latest scientific discoveries
Pierre Gaudet has a Masters of Science degree in exercise physiology. He was lab director at the Human Kinetics Assessment Centre at the University of Ottawa from 1990-1993. Pierre Gaudet co-founded and directed a Sport Science Centre in Ottawa from 1994-1997. Through the University and the Sport Science Centre, he has worked with over 20 Olympic and Professional teams and many occupational groups.
