Following the surgery, Allison had severe cognitive and physical deficits and the communication skills of a toddler. But music would come to her rescue. In 2012, Dave received the Professional Excellence Award with the Nepean Chamber of Commerce. He is now the Vice-President of Bellefleur Physiotherapy and is a strong believer in a “hands-on” physiotherapy approach, evidence-based practice and client-centered care by educating his clients on their injury and proposed treatment plan in order to create a strong partnership. Having taken over 13 continuing education courses, Dave has a wealth of knowledge available to integrate into his treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.

The talk will cover the basics of our nutritional plans with clients which is weight-loss, cleansing and healthy balance meal plans. What makes us unique is that the eating plans follow food combining principles, some herbal and natural plant, food based supplements and juicing recipes to help enhance digestion, absorption, detoxification, strength and energy. Also, we will cover a basic explanation of the Vital Health System of balanced holistic exercise approach. This consists of functional corrective fitness assessment, then a customized plan of showing clients how to stretch all major muscle groups. We use Flex-movements, correct misalignments, strengthening the body through floor movement, exercises using own body weight, kettle bells, stretch bands, accessories, cables, balls, machines and weights. We even incorporate visualization and meditation exercises to renew energy, focus and relieve mental, physical stress.
David Lee, Hon. BSc. BED., B.R.E., NHC is a certified trainer with CPTN. He is also a certified Naturotherapist, certified in Shiatsu, Iridology, Bio-nutrition, and Western/Chinese Herbalism. He has been a trainer since 1991 and been involved in the fitness field for about 20 years. He competed in regional powerlifting, bodybuilding, and practiced martial arts. He also taught aerobic classes, developed his own martial art aerobics classes called Tai-Body Aerobics, taught stretch classes, and floor exercise routines. David does health seminars on life coaching to maintain a healthy lifestyle, holistic nutrition and fitness. He has developed the Vital Health System of Nutrition and Exercise Programs.
Linda Buck is certified in Bio-Feedback and is well versed in food combining principles and eating right for your blood type. She is a past Arm Wrestling Champion winning 3rd in the world in 1993 and 2nd in Canada in 1992. Linda is a sports enthusiast and both plays and organizes basketball, softball, volleyball and soccer.

Anti-Aging inside and out, the latest scientific discoveries
Pierre Gaudet has a Masters of Science degree in exercise physiology. He was lab director at the Human Kinetics Assessment Centre at the University of Ottawa from 1990-1993. Pierre Gaudet co-founded and directed a Sport Science Centre in Ottawa from 1994-1997. Through the University and the Sport Science Centre, he has worked with over 20 Olympic and Professional teams and many occupational groups.
Pierre Gaudet is President of ExerSciz Solutions, a company that developed the Health and Lifestyle Management Programs for one of the largest medical group in Canada and an on-line solution for physical activity and exercise.
